Site Foreman - Residential Construction (Tormina NSW)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Foreman to manage the delivery of a 6-unit project in Tormina (NSW). This role will suit someone who enjoys being on site, leading trades, keeping the job moving, and ensuring strong standards of quality, safety (WHS), and workmanship from start through to handover.

Key responsibilities
n

Oversee day-to-day site operations across a 6-unit development
n
Coordinate
trades/subcontractors,
deliveries, and site logistics
n
Drive progress to the construction program and manage critical path items
n
Ensure works are completed to plans, specifications, and contract requirements
n
Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and rectify issues as required
n
Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices across the site
n
Lead and communicate effectively with trades,



the Project Manager, and stakeholders
n
Support inspections, audits, and handover preparation
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Foreman (multi-unit/residential experience preferred)
n
Experience managing a project of similar size/scope (6 units or comparable)
n
Strong construction knowledge and site coordination skills
n
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to direct trades effectively
n
Solid attention to detail and quality control
n
White Card required
n
Current work rights for Australia
n
