The Sweet Potato Kitchen in Melbourne is growing, moving into a bigger production space, and building out the kitchen team from the ground up. We're seeking a hands-on leader to own production, build and guide a team, and shape how the business operates as it scales.

Join us to manage day-to-day production, recruit and roster a new kitchen crew, drive recipe development, implement solid food safety practices, manage stock and costing, and help set up the Clifton Hill space during the move.
