We are partnering with an established and growing orthopaedic medical device business to recruit a Territory Manager for Brisbane, covering Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe, Logan and Ipswich.
n
The role will focus on hip & knee arthroplasty, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to support procedures, develop relationships and grow the territory.
The Opportunity n
This is a hands-on territory role where you will have the opportunity to develop genuine relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders while taking ownership of your territory's commercial growth.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing and growing the Brisbane territory
n
Developing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and key stakeholders
n
Providing in-theatre clinical and technical support
n
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
n
Supporting surgeons throughout procedures
n
Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted clinical partner
n
Working closely with the wider commercial and clinical team
n




Developing expertise across the company's hip & knee portfolio
n
n
We're looking for someone with clinical credibility, commercial drive, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons.
What You'll Bring n
n
Experience within orthopaedics, trauma, surgery or medical devices
n
Strong theatre experience and confidence in a surgical environment
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive, commercially minded approach
n
The ability to identify opportunities and develop new business
n
A genuine interest in orthopaedics and medical technology
n
Full Australian driver's licence
n
What's On Offer? n
$100,000 – $125,000 base salary
depending on experience
n
$40,000 bonus opportunity
, with the ability to earn above target
n

Strong exposure to surgeons, hospitals and the orthopaedic market
n
Training and support from an experienced team
n
Brisbane-based territory covering Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe, Logan & Ipswich
