Arkana College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The position will be full-time and will commence from Term 1, ****.
Key responsibilities n
Plan and facilitate engaging lessons
n
Assess and monitor student progress, as well as providing meaningful feedback
n
Maintain a protected and inclusive learning environment
n
Support holistic learning and development
n
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
n
Integrate ICT effectively into teaching and learning
n
Collaborate with peers and contribute to school programs
n
Develop programs, aligned with the NSW syllabuses (NESA)

Relevant teaching qualifications
n
Current NESA accreditation
n
Valid Working With Children Check
n
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
n
Proven classroom management and student engagement skills
n
Commitment to student wellbeing and cultural inclusivity
n
Willingness to uphold the Islamic ethos of the school
