What you'll be doing
n
We're looking for an
Accommodation Supervisor
to lead the day-to-day running of our Chinchilla feedlot's living facilities - keeping them protected, clean, and welcoming, and making sure every team member feels at home. You will:

Be the friendly first point of contact for all residents
n
Oversee building, garden, and facility maintenance
n
Lead the accommodation team, including cooks and cleaners
n
Keep everything compliant with legislative and company standards
n
Manage bookings, inspections,



and accurate records
n
Welcome and induct new starters into camp life
n
Keep camp consumables stocked and accounted for
n
n
What you'll bring

A genuine people person with strong interpersonal skills
n
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
n
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
Clear written and verbal communicator
n
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
