We manage a growing portfolio of co-living homes across Sydney and are looking for a practical, energetic all-rounder to become one of our key people on the ground.

This is a
field-based role with plenty of variety and independence
. You'll work through properties by area, take care of practical issues as they come up and make sure each house remains functional, organised and well presented.

You won't be sitting behind a desk or spending your day writing reports. You'll be trusted to use common sense, organise your day and get things done.

What you'll be doing n
Your day could include:
n

Basic property maintenance and upkeep
n
n
Moving and assembling furniture
n
n
Cutting and organising keys
n
n
Helping with property access and lockouts
n
n
Purchasing and replacing household items
n
n
Troubleshooting basic Wi‐Fi/internet issues
n
n
Helping set up new properties
n
n
Helping clear properties when we exit them
n
n
Meeting cleaners, handymen and trades
n
n
Checking that jobs have been completed properly
n
n
Tidying gardens and outdoor areas
n
n
Improving the presentation of common areas
n
n




Decluttering properties when required
n
n
Removing rubbish or bulky items when needed
n
n
Minor surface cleaning where appropriate
n
n
Taking simple before-and-after photos once work is complete
n
n
You are
not expected to be a qualified tradesperson
. We already work with experienced handymen and qualified trades for specialist repairs.

Can use basic hand tools

n
Are comfortable moving furniture and doing physical work
n
n
Communicate well with residents, cleaners and trades
n
n
Don't need constant instructions or supervision
n
n
Are reliable and organised
n
n
Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
n
n
Experience in property maintenance, facilities, hotels, accommodation, removals, labouring, landscaping or similar work is helpful, but
attitude, reliability and initiative are more important than qualifications
.
