selectability is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our growing team in Mackay. Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people with diverse needs, promoting recovery and wellbeing.
You will engage with young people in a supportive, trauma-informed and culturally secure manner, work across a 24/7 roster, and help build stable, caring environments while meeting policy and record-keeping requirements.
