TOBCO is seeking an experienced and safety focused
Excavator Operator
to join our team on a dynamic utilities project in
Mudgee, NSW
. While this role is based out of Sydney with regional rostered work,
local applicants residing in Mudgee or the surrounding area are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority preference.

This is a casual position with an immediate start, offering strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time contract.
n

Key Responsibilities n
n
Precise trenching for utility installations
n
Conduit installation and cable pulling
n
Operating auger attachments for drilling holes
n
Standing poles and structural utility elements
n




Maintaining plant safety and performing daily pre-start checks
n
Working collaboratively with ground crew and site supervisors
n
Requirements & Qualifications n
n
Proven experience
as a Utility Excavator Operator
n
RIIMPO320F
(or equivalent) Excavator Ticket
n
Heavy Vehicle (HR / HC) License preferred (not mandatory)
n
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Ability to work on a regional roster out of Sydney (Mudgee project location)
n
Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety standards
n
