Food & Beverage Attendants – Bistro, Functions & Race Days n
As part of the Moe Racing Club hospitality team, you'll work across our busy Turfside Bistro, functions, events and race days.
Key responsibilities n
n
Providing friendly and effective customer service
n
Taking food and beverage orders and serving customers
n
Bar service and responsible service of alcohol
n
Bistro and function table service
n
Setting up and packing down functions, events and race days
n
Processing payments and using POS systems
n
Maintaining clean and presentable dining, bar and function areas
n
Assisting with race day hospitality and special events
n
Working closely with the wider hospitality team to provide a great customer experience
n




About you n
n
Hold a current Victorian RSA – essential
n
Be available to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, functions and race days
n
Have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
n
Be reliable and punctual
n
Be comfortable working in a busy hospitality workplace
n
Be well presented and have good communication skills
n
Be willing to work across different areas of the venue as required
n
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
n
