A day in the life As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for: n
n
Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
n
In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
n
Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
n
About you An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have: n

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - You'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right hand!
n
Solid alignment with our brand and organisational values

Their own reliable form of transport
n
Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
