Are you a Graduate or
Junior/Intermediate
Occupational Therapist looking for a role that gives you the support to develop clinically, while still offering the flexibility and variety to build the career you actually want?
n
This is an opportunity to join an established allied health organisation with clinics in Liverpool and Riverwood, working alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals.
n
The role offers a great balance of clinic, community and work-from-home flexibility, with the added benefit of a genuinely diverse caseload across multiple funding streams.
n
You won't be locked into one type of client or funding model. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to experience different areas of OT, develop your clinical interests and gradually build your confidence and independence.
n
Why This Role?
n
For a Graduate or early-career OT, having the right environment around you can make a huge difference.
n
Rather than being handed a caseload and expected to figure everything out yourself, you'll have access to experienced clinicians, structured onboarding, regular supervision and a team you can lean on when you need support.
n
At the same time, the organisation understands that clinicians want flexibility and autonomy.
n
You can enjoy a combination of:
n
n

n
Work-from-home flexibility
n
Flexible working arrangements
n
Localised caseloads to minimise unnecessary travel
n
Collaboration with experienced OTs and allied health clinicians
n
Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development
n

n

n
n
This gives you the flexibility to explore different areas of Occupational Therapy rather than being restricted to one clinical niche.
n
If there is an area you're particularly interested in developing, the team can help you build your caseload and experience around those interests.
n
Structured Onboarding & Genuine Support
n
The organisation understands that becoming a confident OT takes time.
n
You'll have access to experienced Occupational Therapists, including clinicians with 15+ years of experience, who can provide guidance as you develop your clinical skills.

n
Flexibility That Actually Matters
n
The role has been designed to provide clinicians with a sustainable working week.
n
You'll have the ability to combine clinic, community and WFH, depending on your caseload and what works best for you.
n
Community clients are kept as local as reasonably possible, helping reduce excessive travel across Sydney.
n
You'll also receive a car allowance for community-based work.
n
The goal is to give you the variety of community-based OT without feeling like you're spending your entire week driving between appointments.
n

n

n

n
A supportive team environment where you can ask questions and learn
n
n
Who This Role Would Suit
n
This role would suit a Graduate OT looking for a strong start to their career, as well as a Junior or Intermediate OT with 1-3 years' experience who wants more variety, flexibility and professional support.
n
You might be looking for:
n
n
Supportive first OT role

n
