Venue & Event Manager | Luxury Vessel & EventsAs Venue & Event Manager, you will take ownership of the onboard hospitality and event experience across both private charters and public cruises.
You will oversee everything from event planning and client requirements through to staff leadership, food and beverage, bar operations and service delivery.
You will be onboard for most charters, leading by example and ensuring every detail is taken care of.Key responsibilitiesManage private charters, events and public cruisesCoordinate event details, client requirements and run sheetsLead, roster, train and support hospitality staffOversee onboard bar and dining operationsEnsure food, beverages and supplies are ordered and readyWork closely with chefs, caterers and suppliersManage Square POS and operational systemsEnsure the vessel is beautifully presented before every charterMonitor costs,
