Warehouse Administration Support

Gold Coast | 3-Month Contract | $36-$40 per hour | Opportunity to Extend

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administration Support person to join our client's operations team on the Gold Coast for an initial 3-month period, with the prospect to extend if required.

This is a hands-on administration role supporting the warehouse and operations team. We're looking for someone with previous warehouse administration experience who can work independently and quickly become a productive member of the team.

A good understanding of warehouse operations, safety and training processes would be highly beneficial.

About the Role

Working closely with the operations team, you will provide administration support across a range of warehouse and compliance activities, including:
Skills Matrix administration and maintenance
Training record management and training coordination
Safety administration and compliance documentation
Updating procedures and work instructions
Action tracking and reporting
General warehouse administration and operational support
Maintaining accurate records and documentation




Assisting the operations team with day-to-day administrative requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar operational environment
Has a positive understanding of warehouse processes and operations
Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
Has strong attention to detail
Is confident maintaining records, reports and documentation
Has valuable Microsoft Office skills
Communicates well with both warehouse and office-based teams
Can hit the ground running and quickly become part of the team
