Northern Health is seeking a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist to join the Community Therapy team in Melbourne's outer north.
The role provides occupational therapy services to participants in CHSP, HACC PYP and NDIS, supporting at-home independence and preventing unnecessary hospital admission.
Based primarily at Bundoora Centre, you may travel to other Northern Health campuses as needed.
The successful candidate will be team‐oriented, patient‐centred and committed to evidence‐based practice.
