Job Description
DMS Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to participants in Belfield or Glebe.
You will help with daily living, accompany them to appointments and community activities, and support their independence in a respectful, confidential manner.
We value reliable individuals with valuable communication, documentation and relationship-building skills.
A Certificate III or IV in relevant fields is preferred, plus current checks and a valid driver's
