An prospect is available for an experienced motel management couple to manage Seaview Motel and Apartments in beautiful Apollo Bay, Victoria.
Located just 100 metres from the beachfront and a short walk to the town centre, Seaview is a well-presented property with recently renovated rooms and kitchenettes.
The role
Willing to be 'hands-on' in all facets of day-to-day motel management
Guest reception and bookings
RMS experience essential
Housekeeping coordination and room presentation (please be a hands-on couple who are happy to strip rooms and, if needed, step in to assist as/if required)
Ordering and stocktake
Washing towels and pillowcases in office
Groundskeeping and general property presentation
General maintenance and operational requirements
There is no food and beverage operation or swimming pool, and reception hours are manageable.
We are seeking an experienced management couple who are hands-on as required, take pride in their property and enjoy delivering a positive guest experience.
