Processing Accounts Payable invoices
n
Invoice matching, coding, and payment processing
n
Bank reconciliations and daily transaction handling
n
Supporting collections and resolving discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
n
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
n
General finance and administrative support
n
n
The Person
n
n
Degree qualified in Accounting or relevant field
n
Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Robust communication Skills
n
A good team player
n
Chinese speaking (Cantonese or Mandarin)
