We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Supervisor to lead our high-performing teams in delivering outstanding results for our clients. In this role, you will bring your leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving abilities to ensure safe, efficient, and productive field operations while maintaining exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
n
Lead and manage field crews, holding team members accountable while achieving favourable outcomes.
n
Supervise day-to-day operations across a variety of projects and field activities.
n
Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
n
Oversee safety, compliance, and quality requirements, ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry standards.
n
Troubleshoot operational and site-based issues, identifying practical solutions to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
n
Liaise directly with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of GeoDrill Australia.
n
Ensure accurate collection, handling, logging, and reporting of core samples and operational data.
n
Present operational data, account for deviations from plans, and proactively manage outcomes.
n




Maintain a broad operational perspective, balancing client expectations, crew performance, safety requirements, and project objectives.
About you
n
Certificate IV in Drilling Operations or equivalent supervisory qualification.
n
Current S123, G2, G8 and G9 competencies.
n
Current HR Licence or higher.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
Current White Card.
n
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the drilling industry.
n
Proven experience managing crews and coordinating field operations.
n
Robust leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
n
Exceptional safety awareness and a demonstrated commitment to compliance and incident prevention.
n
Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
n
