We are currently looking for a Practice Leader (Team Leader - Disability) to join our Northwest Operations Team in a Fixed Term role until July ****.

Full-time Fixed Term - 76 hours per fortnight

Based in Latrobe
n
Competitive hourly rate (Level 3)
n
Salary packaging benefits - access over $15,000 tax-free

Potential to have ongoing work in Support after Fixed Term concludes.

About The Role n
As a Practice Leader, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.
This Is a Hands-on Leadership Position Where You Will n

Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes

Model best-practice support and build team capability
n
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
n
Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals
