Busy Bees Lara is seeking a Lead Educator to join our team on a fixed-term, 6‐month basis. You will lead the daily learning program within your room and support educators, ensuring a secure and engaging environment for children to thrive.

You'll bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current First Aid/CPR, VIC WWCC, and experience leading a room. You'll align with EYLF/NQS and collaborate with families and the community.
