Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse (RN/EN) - Agency n
MediRec is currently seeking experienced
Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses
to support a range of residential aged care facilities across
Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas
on a casual and temporary basis.
n
Whether you're looking for
3-5 shifts per week
or simply want to pick up
one or two shifts a fortnight
, we can help. We work with multiple aged care providers throughout the region, giving you access to flexible opportunities that fit around your lifestyle, family commitments, study, or other work.

As part of the MediRec team, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work while delivering high quality care to residents across a variety of aged care settings.
Duties n
n
Deliver secure, high-quality nursing care within residential aged care facilities
n
Administer medications and complete clinical assessments within scope of practice
n
Monitor and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing
n
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes and handovers
n
Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes
n
Support dignity, independence and quality of life for residents
n
Skills and Experience n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Recent aged care experience (minimum 3-6 months in Australia preferred)
n
Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
n
Strong communication and clinical skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Regular casual and agency shifts available across multiple local aged care facilities
n
Flexibility to choose the shifts that suit your schedule
n
Competitive agency pay rates

Fortnightly pay, every second Friday
