both our Heidelberg and Camberwell dealerships

This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step into a greater leadership role, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within one of Melbourne's leading Toyota dealer groups.
The Opportunity n
Working closely with our New and Used Vehicle Management teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience and team development.
n
You will be responsible for helping lead a high-performing sales team, maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring we consistently achieve and exceed our targets.
What we're looking for n
n
Proven success in automotive sales with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets
n
Current experience as a Senior Sales Consultant, 2IC, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
n
A genuine hunger to
win and achieve results
n
Strong understanding of vehicle sales, finance, trade-ins and gross profit
n
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
n
The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
n
Strong CRM, follow-up and pipeline management skills
n
Excellent customer experience focus
n
High energy, resilience and a positive attitude
n




A professional approach and robust work ethic
n
The ambition to progress into a
Sales Manager or senior leadership position
n
What you'll be doing n
n
Supporting the Sales Managers in achieving and exceeding monthly targets
n
Leading by example and driving a high-performance sales culture
n
Coaching and developing sales consultants
n
Monitoring sales activity, conversion and follow-up
n
Maximising finance, warranty, accessories and other value-add opportunities
n
Supporting appraisal and trade-in processes
n
Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional CX
n
Assisting with daily sales operations and performance management
n
Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and profitability
n
Helping create an environment where the team
wants to win
n
