Oversee daily accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Prepare and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
n
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
n
Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
n
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial audits.
n
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.

Profile n




A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
n
Exposure with having direct/indirect reports.
n
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
n
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
n
Experience in preparing financial statements and managing audits.
n
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
n
Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
