What you'll be doing n
n
Preparing and cooking food to Red Gum BBQ standards
n
Taking ownership of your section across prep and service
n
Working across busy lunch and dinner services
n
Ensuring food quality, consistency and presentation
n
Keeping your section organised, stocked and ready to go
n
Maintaining high food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
n
Working closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen team
n
Helping keep the kitchen running smoothly when things get busy
n
What we're looking for n




Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant qualification
n
n
Previous experience working as a Chef or Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen
n
Strong food preparation and cooking skills
n
Confidence working in a busy service
n
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
n
A great attitude and willingness to be part of the team
n
Availability across weekdays and weekends - typically Wednesday to Sunday
n
