Job Description
Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking a Parts Customer Service professional for Ballarat. You will be the frontline contact for customers at the counter and over the phone, assisting with parts replacements and sourcing the right items while contributing to sales targets.

Roles include processing quotes, warranties, returns, and supporting stock and showroom merchandising. A current driver's licence and Australian working rights are required, with a solid focus on customer service and teamwork.
