In this role n

Lead Council's outdoor operations, including roads, plant, parks, open spaces and facilities maintenance.
n
Deliver efficient, cost-effective services aligned with Council plans, policies and legislative requirements.
n
Manage contracts, budgets, service standards and reporting to support continuous improvement.
n
Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, service providers and community stakeholders.
n
Lead, support and develop the outdoor crew to foster a protected, high-performing team culture.
n
