Wesfarmers Health is seeking an Order Fulfilment Manager for the PM shift at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong South. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and accurately, driving service excellence.
You will oversee zones, optimise staffing, train staff for peak periods, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with Inventory and Replenishment to enhance picking productivity.
