Rare opportunity to design and embed contemporary remuneration frameworks across a growing national ASX listed business.
Motorcycle Holdings (ASX: MTO) is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Manager to lead the design and implementation of remuneration frameworks across our national business.
n
This is a part time, 12-month fixed-term contract (approximately 2.5-3 days per week) created to establish the foundations for a contemporary remuneration framework. While initially a contract role, there is potential for the position to become permanent as our remuneration capability continues to evolve.

Reporting to the EGM People & Culture, you will operate in a standalone specialist role, partnering closely with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll and business leaders.
Key Focus Areas n
n
Develop remuneration philosophy, frameworks, salary structures and job architecture
n
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
n
Review and recommend improvements to commission, incentive and bonus arrangements
n
Support pay equity and remuneration governance initiatives
n
Partner with the HRIS project team to embed remuneration frameworks within SAP SuccessFactors
n




Lead the design and implementation of the SuccessFactors Remuneration Module in preparation for the **** remuneration review cycle
n
Create practical, sustainable remuneration tools, policies and processes
n
About You n
You are a senior remuneration professional with experience establishing frameworks and governance in a complex organisation. You bring strong analytical capability, commercial judgement and the confidence to work autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders.
n
Experience with remuneration system implementations, job architecture, salary benchmarking and incentive design will be highly regarded.
