Clean Force is looking for an experienced and motivated
Team Leader
to join our
Heidelberg
team. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership skills and commercial cleaning expertise while helping create meaningful employment opportunities for people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in coaching, mentoring and supporting a dedicated team, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while helping employees build confidence, skills and independence. You'll enjoy a varied role that combines people leadership, site management, quality assurance and customer engagement across multiple commercial sites.
What you'll be doing n
n
Lead, mentor and support a team of commercial cleaning staff
n
Conduct site inspections and maintain high service and quality standards
n
Build strong relationships with clients and respond to service needs
n
Provide on-the-job training and coaching
n
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture
n
Help create meaningful employment outcomes through our Social Enterprise mission
n
About You n
n
Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
n
Current driver's license and own transport (essential)
n
Previous leadership experience (desirable)
n
Current White Card (desirable)
n
Willingness to learn and adapt,



with a can-do attitude
n
High attention to detail, reliable and punctual
n
Good communications skills, both verbal and written
n
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings if required
n
