Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking a Team Manager to lead a 12-person team responsible for end-to-end payment processing of medical certificates for injured workers and employers. You will drive performance, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated workplace.

In this role, you will oversee workloads, coach staff, and collaborate with Case Managers and finance to resolve payment queries while staying updated on regulatory changes and improving processes.
