Allocator/Dispatcher
(PM Shift) About the role n
Alpha Heavy Towing is seeking dedicated and reliable
Dispatcher/Allocator
to join our Kemps Creek team.
n
In this full-time PM shift role, you will be responsible for the
efficient allocation and coordination of our heavy vehicle fleet
, ensuring timely and reliable towing services for our clients throughout NSW region.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Monitor and manage the real-time status of jobs and trucks
n
Allocate jobs and dispatch drivers based on location, truck type and availability
n
Communicate with drivers and customers, providing clear updates and ETAs
n
Price jobs and accurately enter job details into our systems
n
Coordinate multiple jobs and trucks at the same time
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, delays and changes during the shift
n
Monitor driver movements and ensure jobs are progressing as required
n
Liaise with customers, workshops, transport companies and other stakeholders
n
Ensure all job information is accurately recorded and updated
n




What We're Looking For n
n
Previous experience in
transport allocation, dispatch or logistics coordination
n
MUST have strong knowledge of Sydney suburbs and roads
n
Knowledge of different
truck types and combinations
.
n
Mechanically minded
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
n
Flexibility to work weekends when required
n
A passion for customer service and keeping trucks moving
n
