, you'll work alongside individuals to identify goals, build social connections, access community supports, and improve overall wellbeing. Using a strengths-based and

person-centred approach, you'll empower people to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
About You n
We're looking for a Social Worker who:
n
n
Holds a recognised qualification in Social Work
n
Is eligible or holds membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
n
Is passionate about community wellbeing and social connection
n
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Demonstrates a commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice
n
Enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, communities and service providers
n
Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
n
