Job Description
Ventia is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support on-base accommodation for Defence personnel at Simpson Barracks. You will manage bookings, check-ins/outs, maintain records and coordinate inspections while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires 1+ years in hospitality or accommodation, a hospitality qualification, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong customer-service mindset with a safety-focused attitude. In office work and a Defence clearance are expected.
