The Role: Territory Manager – Wanderlust, Loco Love & The Beauty Chef
n
Based in
North Sydney
, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, education, and brand advocacy across
community pharmacy and health food retail channels
.
n
You'll be the face of Wanderlust, Loco Love, and The Beauty Chef in-store, building strong relationships, inspiring retail partners, and ensuring every brand shines beautifully on the shelf and in the hearts of consumers. Your role will be to:
n
Create and deliver strategic sales plans to open new accounts and achieve growth targets.
n
Promote both new and existing products with enthusiasm, knowledge, and authenticity.
n
Build and nurture lasting relationships with retail teams and pharmacists.
n
Maintain a regular visit cycle to ensure strong brand presence, optimal stock levels, and exceptional merchandising.
n




Deliver engaging and educational product training sessions that inspire confidence and advocacy.
n
Provide top-tier customer service, always going the extra mile for retail partners.
n
Record and report insights, feedback, and opportunities from the field.
n
Represent our brands proudly at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
n
Contribute to a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing sales team culture.
n
About You
n
You're energetic, commercially savvy, and passionate about wellness. You'll bring:
n
3+ years' experience in a Field or Territory Sales role.
n
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the health and wellness or FMCG sector.
n
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
n
Excellent analytical and forecasting ability.
n
A background in business, marketing, nutrition, or naturopathy (advantageous, but not essential).
n
A self-starter attitude - organised, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced workplace.
n
A genuine passion for wellbeing and conscious living.
n
A positive, energetic vibe that makes you a joy to work with!
