Key Account Manager
to join our Sydney office.
The Role: n
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
n
Develop business opportunities across international freight forwarding (air, sea, customs, warehousing, logistics).
n
Prepare and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
n
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
n
Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
n
Advanced use of CargoWise.
n




Assist other departments and support team development as needed.
n
Requirements: n
n
Proven experience in operations/account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
n
Strong understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and freight operations.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.
n
