About the Role n
As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children. You'll work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to maintaining the centre's exceeding standards.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Assist in planning and implementing engaging programs that foster each child's development.
n
Provide a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children and families.
n
Support children's learning journeys through play-based experiences and intentional teaching.
n




Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain the centre's exceeding quality practices.
n
Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
n
About You n
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
n
Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
n
