Nunawading Toyota is a well-established, high-volume Toyota dealership located on Whitehorse Road, Nunawading.

We are looking for a
qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician
to join our busy Service and Pre-Delivery team.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a stable, full-time role with
Monday-to-Friday hours
, ongoing factory training and the support of an established Toyota dealership.
About the role n
Working across retail servicing and used vehicle preparation, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing Toyota vehicles as well as a variety of other makes and models.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

n
Logbook servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
n
n
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
n
n
Preparing used vehicles for sale and delivery
n
n
Completing repairs identified through roadworthy inspections
n
n
Accurately documenting work performed and reporting issues to the Service Manager
n
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
n
Working safely and contributing positively to the workshop team
n
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. About you n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n




Australian-recognised trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician
n
n
Current Victorian manual driver's licence
n
n
Demonstrated experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing motor vehicles
n
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
n
Your own tools
n
n
Positive communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
n
n
The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
n
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Toyota dealership experience, used-car preparation and roadworthy repair experience will be
highly regarded but are not essential
