Hi! I'm a woman in my 30s with a physical and psychosocial disability, looking for friendly and reliable Support Workers to support me in achieving my goals.

My family and children are very key to me, and I enjoy spending time with them. I love music, especially singing along to my favourite songs, and I enjoy wearing make-up and stylish clothes to feel confident. I also like baking and cooking and would enjoy support in these activities.

Your Role in My Journey n
An Opportunityis availableto join my team and help to facilitatemy daily life. My support workers assist me on a 1 to 1 basis throughout the day. I am independent and do most things myself however I require assistance with day to day living which includes cooking and meal preparation,



household tasks and supporting me with my decision making.I am seeking a Support Worker who is wanting to join a team environment and is passionate about helping people.

Your Schedule with Me n




This role will be on a casual basis but it does require the availability to work 3 -4 passive overnights in a fortnight.

NDIS Worker Screening

Working with Children Check
n
A current Driver's License
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification
(we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
