About the Role n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Stylist to
take ownership of their column and build a loyal clientele
within a professional, polished and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities: n

Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services.

Work confidently with

Provide every client with a premium and consistent salon experience.
n
Build and maintain a loyal client base.
n
Manage a busy column efficiently and professionally.
n
Contribute to a positive, supportive salon culture.
n
Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products.
n
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
n
Conduct professional client consultations, assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and professional products.
n
Deliver a range of advanced hairdressing treatments in addition to cutting, colouring and styling.
n
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, salon policies and procedures.
n
Support and contribute to the development of the wider salon team.
n
About You n
We're looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who:
n
n
Is confident managing a busy column.
n
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
n
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Is driven, reliable and solutions-focused.
n




Is passionate about hairdressing and committed to ongoing professional development.
n
Values quality professional products and delivering outstanding results.
n
Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
n
Minimum 3 years' relevant industry experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
n
Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
n
Strong client service and communication skills.
n
