Plasmaleap Technologies is seeking a Product & Manufacturing Lead to own the transition from prototype to scalable production. You will integrate product, engineering and manufacturing, guiding architecture, industrialisation and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with engineering in Australia and with suppliers and contract manufacturers in China and other regions to optimise cost, quality, supply chain and readiness.
