We are looking for a HR Business Analyst to join us on 9-month fixed-term contract to support the integration and implementation of UKG across Amotiv's three divisions. This is a key role in supporting and standardising HR and payroll processes and supporting practical and sustainable ways of working.

Working across HR, payroll, finance, IT and divisional stakeholders, you will help translate business requirements into clear processes, reliable system outcomes and a positive user experience. You will also support testing, change activities, documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation.

Supporting the end-to-end consolidation of three UKG instances into one group-wide solution, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration review, data validation, testing and issue resolution.
n
Reviewing and documenting current-state HR and payroll processes across the three divisions, identifying gaps, duplication and opportunities for standardisation.
n
Developing future-state processes, procedures and supporting documentation that are practical, compliant and easy to adopt.
n
Partnering with payroll and HR teams to align procedures, controls, workflows, calendars, approvals and data requirements.
n
Facilitating workshops and engaging with HR, payroll, finance, IT, divisional leaders and UKG implementation partners to build alignment and manage competing requirements.
n
Supporting change impact assessments, communications, training materials and user guidance to help leaders and employees understand and adopt the new system and processes.
n
Tracking implementation issues, risks and dependencies, ensuring they are resolved or appropriately escalated.
n
Promoting secure, ethical and sustainable ways of working in line with Amotiv policies and relevant legal requirements.
n
About You
n
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
n
Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, HRIS Project Specialist or in a similar role.
n
Experience supporting HRIS implementation, integration, consolidation or optimisation projects.
UKG experience is highly desirable.
n
Experience mapping and improving HR and payroll processes across multiple business units or locations.
n
Strong business analysis capability, including process mapping, requirements definition, gap analysis, testing and documentation.
n
Confident stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
n
A practical understanding of payroll processes and Australian employment law. Experience interpreting awards or enterprise agreements would be advantageous.
n
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical actions.
n
