You'll also mentor and supervise colleagues, contribute to clinical education and service improvement, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and community services.

What you need n
n
Leadership, supervision and career development: Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, education and professional support to Social Workers, students and multidisciplinary colleagues, together with a commitment to reflective practice, ongoing professional development, research and development of workforce capability.
n
Participation in the AASW Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accreditation Program is desirable.
n
Qualifications, professional membership and eligibility to practise: Must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with current professional
standing/eligibility
to practise as required.
