In this position, a Sales Trainee will: /n

Sell new and/or used vehicles, and dealership services

/n
Build and manage strong relationships with recent and existing customers

/n
Grow repeat business and referrals

/n
Learn our products, market, and sales strategies through structured training

/n
Follow up with leads and walk-in customers to guide them through the buying process

/n

Requirements /n

/n
Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing or hospitality experience helpful but not required

/n
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals through prior work experience

/n
Stable, progressive work experience

/n
Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment

/n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Motivated, adaptable,

Professional presentation, demeanor, and attitude

Robust computer skills and attention to detail

/n
Willingness to build knowledge of the vehicles, finance products, and customers within the automotive industry

Valid driver's license
