Monjon Australia is seeking qualified and well-presented Event Security Guards to join our team for a variety of small-scale events across Melbourne.

About the role /n

Work at a variety of small events, monitoring entry and exit points and providing a visible security presence. Assist with crowd management and patron safety, deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, and respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures.

About you /n

Current Victorian Security Licence

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Reliable transport and punctual attendance

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Qualified and approachable attitude

/n
Ability to remain calm under pressure

/n
High attention to detail and situational awareness

/n
Previous event security experience preferred but not essential
