Ryft' is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing /n
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and qualified manner
/n
Answering customer queries and providing product information
/n
Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
/n
Replenishing and restocking merchandise as needed
/n
Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
/n
Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards
/n
Supporting the wider retail team as required
What we're looking for /n
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
/n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills,
with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
/n
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
/n
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
/n
Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
