Waterdale Dental is seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Ivanhoe, VIC. This part-time position is an excellent prospect to contribute to the smooth running of our up-to-date dental practice and provide exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing /n

Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing the reception area in a professional and friendly manner

/n
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow

/n
Assisting the dental team with clinical procedures as a Dental Nurse

/n
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information in our practice management system

/n
Processing payments and managing patient accounts

/n
Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment

/n
Upholding high standards of infection control and workplace health and safety

/n

What we're looking for /n

Previous experience is not necessary as training is provided but would be helpful

/n
Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, friendly demeanour

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages

/n
Solid administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail

/n
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
