As a Bartender , you’ll be the face behind the bar, serving both classic and creative drinks with a focus on quality, speed, and genuine hospitality. You’ll help ensure the bar is impeccably presented, guest expectations are exceeded, and operations run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with professionalism and flair

/n
Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with guests warmly

/n
Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience

/n
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area at all times.

/n
Monitor and manage stock levels and wastage

/n
Handle cash and transactions in line with hotel procedures

/n




Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

/n

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality workplace

/n
Robust product knowledge and passion for beverages

/n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

/n
Excellent communication and customer service skills

/n
Team-player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

/n
Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
