Imaging Associates is seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Box Hill clinic and booking centre. You will manage inbound calls, bookings, enquiries and follow-ups, shaping the patient journey with explicit, compassionate communication.

Whether an experienced receptionist or with solid admin and customer service background, you’ll join a values-driven healthcare team focused on quality and patient-centred care across our Melbourne network.
