nWhat you will do: n

The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of negotiating, managing,



and assessing a caseload of diverse applications including major developments in the Kensington and Kingsford town centres, and a wide range of commercial, industrial, open space, housing, and subdivision applications.

nWe trust you will bring: n
n
n
n
Tertiary qualification/s in town planning, building surveying, architecture or urban design.
n
n
Extensive experience in the assessment of complex planning matters (preferably with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience).
n
n
Excellent knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act **** and other relevant environmental and planning legislation.
n
n
Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Demonstrated high-quality report writing skills.
n
n
Strong focus on and commitment to quality customer experience.
n
n
Current and valid Class C Australian Drivers licence.
n
n
n
n
