BlueCare in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Wellness Lead to oversee the Wellness & Engagement Program, ensuring activities are person-centred, inclusive and aligned with residents' goals and abilities. You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation of programs, coach Wellness Partners and volunteers, and collaborate with residents, families and care teams to enhance independence and wellbeing.
